1. Acceptance
By using this website, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Engagements for services are governed by a separate signed Statement of Work (SOW) which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.
2. Our services
iRestWEB designs, builds, and operates websites, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, AI applications, automations, and consulting deliverables. Specific scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing are agreed per project in a Statement of Work.
3. Acceptable use of this site
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, server, or related infrastructure.
- Submit malicious code, automated submissions, or content that violates the rights of others.
- Use the site to send spam, harass others, or impersonate any person.
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the site at scale without our prior written consent.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site (excluding client logos and case-study materials, which remain the property of their respective owners) is © iRestWEB and is protected by Israeli and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. The penguin mark and "iRestWEB" wordmark are our trademarks.
5. Project deliverables
For paid engagements, all custom deliverables created for you (code, designs, copy, configurations) transfer to your ownership upon final payment, subject to the SOW. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and reusable components, which we license to you to use as part of the deliverable.
6. Warranty disclaimer
This website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make our best effort to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. For paid engagements, warranties are defined in the SOW.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Israeli law, iRestWEB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. For paid engagements, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us for the engagement that gave rise to the claim, as set out in the SOW.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold iRestWEB harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms, your use of the site, or any content you submit through it.
9. Changes
We may update these terms when our practices or the law change. Substantive changes are posted here with the updated date at the top. Your continued use of the site means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Northern District (Nazareth/Haifa), Israel. If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction, mandatory consumer-protection rights of your home country apply where the law requires.
