iRSHOP installs as a Laravel package and mounts a complete Vue 3 admin panel in your application. One artisan seed command produces a working demo store — admin login, 150+ currencies, all countries, sample products and orders — so your team starts from something real.
The package covers the full commerce back office: products with SKU/barcode, hierarchical categories, flexible attributes, tiered quantity pricing, promotional offers, a seven-status order lifecycle, real-time inventory with a full stock-movement ledger and low-stock alerts, role-based access control, a media library, and a support ticket system with audit trails. Payments use a strategy pattern with five built-in gateways — PeleCard, YaadPay, ZCredit direct and hosted checkout, and cash with SMS verification — and one small interface for adding your own.
Its standout layer is a visual marketing-automation engine: "when X happens, if conditions match, do steps". Eleven triggers (order created, payment failed, customer birthday, win-back inactivity, back-in-stock, and more), AND/OR conditions, yes/no branching, delays, one-click presets, dry-run mode, and per-step run logs — plus HMAC-signed outbound webhooks for ERP and POS integration. Customers receive notifications in their own language by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Crucially, iRSHOP is headless on the customer-facing side: it registers no storefront routes. Your team builds the storefront exactly as designed, consuming the package's models and one-liner services — SEO head tags, sitemap.xml, RSS, llms.txt digests for AI answer engines, and admin-managed tracking scripts.
