What was broken

How we tackled it
We started by mapping the entire workflow of the factory and identifying key bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Based on this, we built a unified system that centralizes all processes and data in one place, with real-time updates across departments.
The system replaced manual work and paperwork with a simple and intuitive computer-based interface, allowing employees to work in a more structured and efficient way. Additionally, a management dashboard was developed to provide full visibility and enable monitoring and control from anywhere.
